If you received any defective or damaged item, we will solve the problem as soon as possible without any cost to you. Just contact us and we will work with you to arrange repair or exchange, if possible, and issue a return tag if needed.

If we cannot replace or repair the damaged goods, you will receive a full refund for these items. Refunds will be made via the original payment method, we will refund you the full purchase price of the item to you as long as the product is returned in "as new" condition. However you will bear all original and return shipping costs. We do not charge a restocking fee.
